Katie Johnson
Vice President, Chief of Staff
Katie Johnson is Vice President, Chief of Staff, on the 被窝影视福利 & Veatch Leadership Team. She works alongside Chairman and CEO Mario Azar on companywide strategic objectives and helps to prioritize and track the progress of companywide initiatives as well as manage follow-through on decisions and actions for 被窝影视福利 & Veatch鈥檚 Board of Directors.
Katie also oversees the management of external relationships and incoming requests to the CEO as well as executive-level and employee communications and events. Katie most recently served as a lead Human Resources partner for several of the company鈥檚 business functions while also leading the company鈥檚 charitable foundation. She previously served as Vice President of HR Operations as well as Global Director of Employee Relations.
Before joining 被窝影视福利 & Veatch in 2015 she gained experience in diverse HR leadership roles focused on team and individual development, succession planning, talent management and development, and employee engagement initiatives. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ottawa University (Kansas) and a master鈥檚 degree in HR Management from Webster University (Missouri).
